Job Description:  Administration & Customer Account Support

Daniel Technologies is seeking to recruit an Administration & Customer Account Support Co-Ordinator with excellent administration, communication and computer skills to work with our team.


The chosen candidate will have excellent Communication skills, Administration & Computer skills, meticulous attention to detail, will have an understanding of ISO, QuickBooks & Payroll software and can build and maintain relationships at all levels, is motivated by delivering results, reaching team and individual targets whilst being able to multitask in a busy environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication & Administration skills
  • Assist Operations Manager in coordinating with queries, communication & technical data
  • Excellent Computer skills - proficient in Word and Excel (with knowledge of using other organizational packages such as PowerPoint, and Photoshop an advantage)
  • Experience of working to deadlines and achieve specific targets
  • Meticulous attention to detail and deliver outstanding results
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
